Pasta salad with pesto and tomatoes

Angelo’s Red Snapper a la Griglia

Ingredients

  • Snapper:
  • 4 cloves Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 medium red snappers
  • lemon wedges
  • Sauce:
  • ½ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 475.

Mix sauce, warm.

Grill fish 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange on a serving platter. Pour warmed sauce over fish and serve.
