Angelo’s Red Snapper a la Griglia
Ingredients
- Snapper:
- 4 cloves Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves
- ¼ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 medium red snappers
- lemon wedges
- Sauce:
- ½ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 cloves Napoleon Grilled Garlic Cloves
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 475.
Mix sauce, warm.
Grill fish 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange on a serving platter. Pour warmed sauce over fish and serve.
