Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 T Napoleon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 grilled garlic clove, crushed or 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 minced sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 3/4 cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Napoleon Balsamic or Sherry Vinegar

Directions

Whisk balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, mustard, sugar, garlic, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper together until mixed.  Gradually whisk in olive oil until smooth.
