Magnano’s Easy Beef Hors d’Oeuvres
Ingredients
- Skewers:
- cubes of cold roast beef
- quartered Napoleon Artichoke Hearts
- button mushrooms
- cocktail onions
- Marinade:
- 6 Tbs Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs minced shallots
- 2 Tbs chopped Napoleon Capers with juice
- dash cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- to taste salt & pepper
Directions
Fill appetizer-sized skewers and marinate overnight.
Serve appetizer cold or reheat and serve with French bread.
