Olive & Egg Salad
Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 3 Tbs chopped Napoleon Sliced Black or Green Olives
- 2 hard cooked eggs
- 2 Tbs chopped green onion
- Dressing:
- ¼ cup Napoleon Red Wine Vinegar
- ¾ cup Napoleon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- dash Tabasco sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
Directions
Salad:
Break dry crisp Romaine into salad bowl. Sieve eggs and add eggs, olives and onion to Romaine.
Dressing:
Mix dressing and add to salad. Toss lightly.
